Overview of Portfolios
With Elentra Portfolios, administrators set up portfolio containers with defined learner-advisor relationships. Within the portfolio container, administrators create tasks for learners to complete & have reviewed by their advisor(s). Learners can submit portfolio data in text format, by uploading a file, or completing an Elentra form.

Portfolios Pre-Conditions
In order to use all features of the Portfolios module, the following components must be built within Elentra:
- Curriculum Layouts & Curriculum Period(s)
- Cohort(s) populated with learners
- Course Group(s) populated with learners
- Faculty user(s) who will act as advisors
- Form(s) which will be used within portfolio tasks
