Advisors can dive into submitted text entries, files, reflections, and assessments, offering feedback and requesting resubmissions if needed.

Overview
Within the Portfolios module, advisors can review submitted files, text, and completed forms, and can provide feedback and request resubmission if needed. A comment section is provided for each entry, where feedback and updates can be communicated. Upon submission of a learner task, the advisor(s) will receive notifications (if enabled) regarding the task for review and can initiate discussions with the learner. Alternatively, advisors can navigate to their assigned portfolios by clicking on Admin> Manage Portfolios.
From Manage Portfolios, each portfolio the advisor is assigned to will show a review of all tasks , including the below information:
- Name
- Active Curriculum Period.
- Audience
- Number of Learners
- Submission Pending Review
Once a Portfolio is accessed, the assessor will be able to see a comprehensive list all of the learners associated with the portfolio, providing them with a quick overview of the current status of each task, including Number of comments and Entries to Review or that are overdue.
Review Portfolio Entries
These can be access 2 ways.
Notification Portal
Step 1: Navigate to the System Notifications module.
Step 2: Click on the task notification you want to review.
You will be directed to the learner's portfolio submission.
Step 3 : Select Review Entry
The Review Entry display will vary depending on how the portfolio tasks were configured. If a feedback form was provided, the left side of the page will display the submission added by the learner, along with the Submission Date. The right hand side of the screen will show the advisor assessment form if one was attached. Complete the feedback form if one was provided.
Step 4: Select Mark as reviewed once complete, or Request Resubmission as needed.
The page will navigate back to the task, and will show a green box stating Reviewed; or a green box showing Resubmission Requested.
Optionally, provide feedback to the learner using the Comments tab on the entry.
Admin > Manage Portfolio
Step 1: Navigate to Admin>Manage Portfolios
Step 2: Click on the Portfolio whose entries you want to review.
Step 3: Select the learner you wish to review.
Step 4: Click on the task you wish to review or comment upon.
Step 5: Click on the Entry requiring review
Step 5: Click on Review Entry & complete the required fields.
Optionally, use the Comments tab to communicate feedback regarding the submission to the learner.
