Release to Production effective April 1st, 2025.
NEW! Learner Notification for Changed Events: Administrators with access to edit learning events can now notify learners when learning event details change. A new "Learning Event Change Notification" email template has been added, allowing for customizable messaging at the organizational level. When modifying an event’s date, time, or location, administrators will see the number of affected learners to help inform their decision. Administrators can choose to send a notification email, with the default setting set to "Do Not Send Event Change Notification Email" to prevent unintended notifications. Recurring Events Visibility: We have resolved an issue where newly created recurring events were not displaying as expected. When creating recurring events, the series will now appear as intended.
Assessment Tool Data Extract with Additional Identifiers: Reports generated from the Assessment Tool Data Extract will now include columns with the target’s email address and distribution title for improved data clarity.
