March 25, 2025 Elentra Releases
Release to Production effective March 25th, 2025.
NEW! Gradebook Lock: Administrators can now lock the gradebook after a curriculum period ends, ensuring that grades remain unaltered. Once locked, only users with Medtech:Admin or Faculty:Director roles (assigned as a Course Director for the specific course) can make manual edits. For more information, please visit the Elentra Help Center Documentation on Gradebook Lock.
Enhanced Requirement Grouping in CBE Assessment Plans: CBE Assessment Plans now support the ability to collect and evaluate requirements as a combination, allowing for more flexible assessment configurations. This update enables contextual variables to be grouped together. Additionally, the CBE progress dashboard has been updated to reflect grouped requirements for improved clarity.
Flexible Minimum Assessment Requirements: Assessment Plans now offer an option to consider requirements complete even if the minimum number of assessments has not been reached, as long as all selected criteria are met. This enhancement provides more flexibility in tracking learner progress, particularly for programs using rating-scale-based assessments.
Expanded CBE Program Dashboard Support: The CBE Program Dashboard now accommodates curriculum frameworks that do not use the “Group Program Dashboard Progress by this tag” setting. This update ensures accurate progress tracking for programs that do not rely on hierarchical groupings, expanding dashboard support to a wider range of frameworks.
Customizable Left-Hand Navigation Labels: Administrators can now customize the labels on the left-hand navigation bar for any individual organization, allowing for more meaningful and user-friendly menu categories. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in tailoring navigation to meet the needs of end users.
Rotation Based Distribution Visibility: A new “Associated Distributions” column has been added to the Rotation Schedule table clearly indicating distributions that are linked to each rotation, providing clearer insights at a glance.
