Consumer, Collaborator & Creator Tier Info

There are 3 available upgrade Tiers: Consumer, Collaborator, and Creator. 

Standard:

This tier includes access to the provided folders of reports, which can be shared by your users.

Consumer: 
This tier includes Dashboards! It also allows other users than medtech admins to access reports and dashboards. You are in control of who can access what reports/dashboards. This tier comes with 40 hours of Professional Services that you can use to build custom reports and dashboards with our team. 

Collaborator:
Everything in Consumer + Collaboration Features! You can read more about our collaboration features here, but the highlights include being able to discuss reports collaboratively, creating and assigning tasks associated with reports, and even being able to embed charts and graphs into slide decks or interactive pages. This tier also comes with 40 hours of Professional Services.

Creator:
Everything in Collaborator + the ability to create your own custom reports. This tier also comes with 40 hours of Professional Services.

What if I don’t want to upgrade but do want to build some custom reports? Can I do that?

Of course! In that case we will simply set you up with one of our Analytics specialists who will work with you and your team to build the reports you want. Professional Service Hours can be purchased in increments of 20 or 40 hours.
