Release to production effective March 5th, 2024.

Resolved a problem with a Gradebook database setting that was not functioning correctly
The Gradebook related database setting of “gradebook_include_ungraded_assessments” when switched on, should include incomplete assessments in the Gradebook’s collection average as having a grade of 0. When this setting is switched off, these incomplete assessments are ignored in the calculation of the collection average. Previously, there was an issue occurring where this database setting wasn’t properly working and collection average was not being correctly calculated in this scenario. Now, this has been resolved and gradebook collection averages are correctly being calculated in scenarios involving this database setting.
