Fixes:

Release to production effective December 12th, 2023.

Notices are now able to be added without issue

Previously, when attempting to add a notice in Manage Notices, the Confirm button was greyed out and unable to be clicked even after filling out all the required fields. This prevented Notices from being able to be published. Now, this has been fixed and the Confirm button is able to be clicked on to add a new notice after filling out the required fields.

Grade Spreadsheet Export now reflects the Collection Average as displayed within Elentra for students with an exclusion in a child assessment

Previously, when there was a student with an exclusion in a child assessment within the Gradebook, and an admin user exported a Grade Spreadsheet, the exported spreadsheet was still counting the student with the excluded child assessment (of weight 0) in the collection average. Now, this has been fixed and the exported Grade Spreadsheet will not include excluded child assessments in the collection average, as expected.

Gradebook Spreadsheet Export now is accurately calculating the Collection average median for learners

Previously, when a learner was viewing their own Gradebook spreadsheet, there was a discrepancy in the median collection average displayed in the system compared with what was calculating after exporting the grades to a csv file. This discrepancy was only occurring when there were student’s with unentered child grades. Now, this has been resolved and the Gradebook spreadsheet’s median is consistent in both the system and the exported spreadsheet.

An error page was created for when SSO (single sign-on) outages occur 

An error page has been created for the event when a school’s SSO is experiencing an outage. When this occurs, now an Elentra webpage will load with text displayed notifying users that their SSO is down, and to contact their SSO provider for more information.
