Prompted Response Text is now Customizable within Form Items
Previously, when a form item had a Prompted Response selected for an Item Response, the displayed prompt text on the form would appear as “Comments (mandatory)” without the ability to change this text. Now, this text is able to be customized within the form item under Item Responses in a newly added text box named “Prompt Question”. This customized text will now appear on the form when an assessor selects the prompted response. If this field is left blank, then the default response of “Comments (mandatory)” will display.
