Release 23.08.29

August 29th, 2023 Elentra Releases

Fixes:

Release to production effective August 29th, 2023.

Added an Edit Task feature for Task Requests within Portfolios

Admins can now modify individual Task Requests within a Portfolio to edit the fields of Task Name, Task Description, and Due Date. This is accessed by opening a portfolio and clicking on the 3 vertical dots icon of an existing task, and clicking Edit Task. The Folder Name and Recipients are not editable through this function.

Form Type Tasks are now loading properly within Portfolios

Previously, when a learner attempted to view a Form Type Task that they were assigned to within their profile’s Portfolio, a bug was preventing the form from loading. This bug was only occurring for Form Type Tasks. Now, this has been fixed, and both the task and form are loading as expected when a learner opens Form Type Tasks in their portfolio.

Fixed a bug that miscalculated the number of Completed Forms of a Distribution Report

Previously, a bug was infrequently occurring where the number of Completed Forms on the Distribution Progress Report page was showing incorrect numbers. This has been fixed and the number of Completed Forms is now accurately displayed.

Locations added to a Rotation are now displaying within the Rotation when viewed through the schedule

Previously within the Clinical Experience module, location sites that were added to a rotation in the Rotations Setup were not displaying when that rotation was afterwards opened within the Scheduler. It would incorrectly display “No locations assigned yet” under the Site Pool heading. Now, when location sites have been added to a rotation, the added sites will be displayed as expected under Site Pool.
