When clicking the EPA encyclopedia button from the Trigger Assessments page on someone who has more than one course, the encyclopedia should scope to the course selected.

Users can hide a Gradebook Assessment instead of the assessment showing as pending until grading is completed for the Learners through a checkbox option.
