Release to Production effective February 25th, 2025.
Distribution Tasks for Learners: We addressed an issue where tasks were not being sent to learners if learner levels were updated in rotation-based distributions. Previously, if learner levels were changed at the program level after setting up a distribution, tasks were not generated for the updated learners. Now, tasks will be created and sent to learners based on the updated learner levels.
We would like to thank the University of Calgary Cumming School of Medicine for reporting the above issue and providing valuable feedback to help us ensure a better experience for all users.
Learner-Grader Relationships
NEW - Export CSV Functionality: Learner-Grader relationships can now be exported from assessments as a CSV file. The new Export CSV button appears in the assessment edit view when grader-learner relationships exist. The export–which includes grader names, grader emails, learner names, and learner emails–is intended for use with the forthcoming Importer described below.
COMING SOON - Bulk Import Functionality: We are working on the ability to import the exported CSV back into the interface, allowing for easy transfer of Learner-Grader relationships from one assessment to another in bulk. This upcoming feature, slated for release in March, will streamline the bulk creation and editing of Learner-Grader assignments.
