Configure your Give Feedback! tool to capture feedback from Elentra users

Give Feedback! Overview
Throughout Elentra there is a feedback button available on the left sidebar. Users can click this to provide feedback that is directed to an email address of your institution's choice. The feedback issues are not currently stored in the database and there is no user interface to view or report on all feedback submissions at once.
Give Feedback! Setup
To configure the email address which will receive feedback, contact your Account Manager or Elentra Support. Feedback emails will be sent From notifications@institution.elentra.cloud, and the Reply To will be the submitting user's email address.
Note: If your Give Feedback! tool is configured to send to a distribution list, the Reply To feature may not direct to the submitting user's email address.
