Clinical Reports

System reports related to data from the Clinical Experience module.

1. Duty Hours Report:
   A report that displays the number of hours reported as On Duty, Off Duty, or On Call for a given Learner and Rotation
2. Full Logbook Entries:
   These reports provide detailed insights into all the entries made in the logbook by learners. They capture the date, time, objective, and description of the activities or tasks carried out. 
3. Logbook Characteristic Charts:
   These reports graphically represent various characteristics of logbook entries, including; patient age range, patient gender, role and environment. This can help to visualize any trends or patterns in the learning process. 
4. Logbook Completion:
   This report tracks the completion rate of entries in the logbook. It typically includes data about the number of entries completed and the total number of entries expected. This can provide a snapshot of the learners' level of participation, diligence, and progress. 
5. Logbook Entries by Observer:
   This report offers an observer-specific view of logbook entries. 
6. Rotation Block Booking Report:
   Matrix view displaying the enrolment count of each rotation per block. 
7. Rotation Schedule Enrolment Report By Learner: 
   A comprehensive report containing the rotation schedules for learners. Includes preceptor and site information (Sectioned off by learner).
8. Rotation Schedule Enrolment Report:
   A comprehensive report containing the rotation schedules for learners. Includes preceptor and site information.
