Overview
To access Elentra Analytics, users must have the following access: MedTech:Admin or Staff:Admin. This article covers the Standard tier navigation features that all Analytics users will have access to. If you have a paid tier of Analytics, you will have access to additional features not covered by this article.
Accessing Reports
Step 1: Log into your Elentra Production Instance
Step 2: Click on the Analytics Link located on the top right hand corner of the screen under the user icon.
Step 3: Select the Dashboard Menu on the left-hand side of the screen (represented by the hamburger icon - three stacked lines).
Step 4: Select Browse
Step 5: Select All Folders
Step 6: Select Reports Folder to view list of all Analytics report available , divided by subject
Step 7: Select applicable folder
Step 8: Double-click applicable report to view
Step 9: Under the Filters section, apply corresponding filters
Running A Report
While in the report view, you have the ability to choose filters to adjust the data displayed within the dataset. Each report will offer various filter options. You can select multiple or single items in each section. Simply navigate through the report options and choose the necessary item from the list, then hit Apply. Your report will display in the main area of the page and filter selections will appear in the second banner of your screen along the top.
Export Report
After selecting the Export button (depicted as an upwards arrow) located on the top bar of the screen, you will be presented with various export options to choose from. These options include exporting the report in Excel format, CSV format, PDF format, or simply printing the report directly. Select the desired format based on your preference or the requirements of the data you wish to export.
Favorite a Report
You have the option to mark any report as a favorite for quick access. This can be done directly while viewing the report by selecting the favorite button on the top of the navigation bar, or alternatively, you can right-click on the report during steps 7 or 8 of running the report to add it to your favorites list.
To access your favorite reports, simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the Dashboard Menu on the left-hand side of the screen (represented by the hamburger icon - three stacked lines).
Step 2: Select Browse
Step 3: Click on the ⭐Favorites tab to view all the reports you have marked as favorites for easy and quick access.
