Filtering on Manage Instructors is now Working as Expected
Previously, when filtering in Manage Instructors, it would only bring back unique values to the filter options based on the first 20 instructors on the page. Now, when you open a filter option all available unique values should be available regardless of whether or not the instructor is one of the first 20 instructors on the page.
Send Request Button is now only Active when an Available Option has been Chosen
Previously, when having an open Rotation swapping stage, and the learner views all the rotations that can be swapped, the Send Request button was always active. Even if nothing has been selected or the swap selected is not available. Now, the Send Request button is only activated when an available rotation option has been selected to swap.
