Enhancements to LTI Coming Soon!
We are pleased to share the latest updates on our ongoing efforts to enhance LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability). Our team is dedicated to improving integration capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity with external learning tools and platforms. Stay tuned as we work diligently to bring these enhancements to fruition, aimed at providing a more integrated and versatile experience for our users. New Features and Functionalities
- External Assessment Forwarding: Preceptors can now forward assessment tasks to users not already in the system allowing inclusion of external stakeholders and efficient assessment management.
User Interface and Experience Enhancements
- Form Template Viewing: Addressed blank form template display discrepancies. Now, form templates are viewable as intended. This enhancement improves workflow ensuring seamless form management within the system.
- Rotation Scheduler: Enhanced visibility site selection in the Rotation Scheduler. Previously, the Scheduler only showed 20 active sites and included inactive ones. Now, all active sites are visible, while inactive sites are excluded, enhancing usability by offering a more comprehensive selection.
- Clinical Schedule: Updates to the schedule query have improved page loading times to 1-3 seconds. This enhancement optimizes performance, providing faster access to clinical schedule information.
- Restricted Days Notification: Improved notification handling for scheduled events on restricted days. Users will now receive timely warnings that promotes better compliance with organizational policies and prevents scheduling conflicts.
Data Management and Reporting
- Gradebook CSV Export: Improved Gradebook CSV export with complete learner data and assessments. This fix facilitates informed decision-making and enhances administrative efficiency by providing accurate and complete assessment records.
- Dropped Grades Identification: Dropped grades in CSV exports are now clearly marked with "(Dropped)” enhancing visibility and minimizing confusion. This improvement ensures accurate assessment tracking and facilitates effective grade management.
- Faculty Report (Overview, Aggregated): Corrected date filter to pull content from specified date range accurately. Users now have precise and relevant data, improving report accuracy.
