Fixed the display of Rotation block information when viewed by a learner from their dashboard

Previously, when a learner clicked on a rotation block from their dashboard to view more information about their enrolled rotation, the information headers would appear in a table as “undefined” Title, Comment and Created Date, and wouldn’t display these fields' respective information. Now, this has been resolved and the correct data accurately displays in this table, along with the correct headers. 


Learners who opted out of the swapping stage of a Rotation Lottery will no longer have their schedule showed to other learners as being available for swapping

Previously, if a learner opted out of the swapping stage in rotation lotteries, their schedule would still display to other learners in the lottery. This led to confusion as their schedule would still appear to other learners as available for swapping, and after they attempted to swap with it, the other users would receive a message that the schedule is unavailable for swapping. Now, if a learner opts out of the swapping staging in a rotation lottery, their schedule does not appear to other learners as available for swapping. 


Upcoming Community Events now are displayed in the order of the nearest upcoming events

Previously, when the "Show Upcoming Events" feature was enabled on a community's home page, the order in which the events were displayed would result in the closest upcoming events being shown at the bottom of the list. Now, the list of upcoming events is displayed in a more intuitive way, with the nearest upcoming events shown first. This ensures that users can easily find the events that are happening soon.
