Fixes:
Release to production effective September 26th, 2023.
Fixed Rotation-based Distributions that previously weren’t generating tasks properly under 'specific' circumstances
Previously, when Rotation-based distributions were configured using the distribution option(s) to send tasks out for 'specific' Sites, Blocks, or individuals associated with a rotation, tasks weren’t being generated as expected. Now, Rotation-based distributions are sending out tasks correctly when these 'specific' configuration settings are utilized in the distribution set-up.
