Fixed Curriculum Tags not Saving to Sites
Previously, there was a bug in Manage Locations where Curriculum Tags applied to Sites were not being saved to the Site after being added. This issue occurred when navigating away from the page or refreshing it. Now, when Curriculum Tags are applied to a Site and the page is navigated away from or refreshed, the applied curriculum tags are correctly saved and displayed on the Site's Curriculum Tags tab.
