Fixes:

Release to production effective April 11th, 2023.

Fixed an error that would occur when attempting to create a Rotation Booking with a greater than zero Block Span.

Previously, an error message would occur that prevented a Rotation Booking from being created in the cases where the Block Span was greater than 0 in the set up. When re-loading the Rotation Scheduler after attempting this, sometimes the block would be added, but it would be split into multiple bookings within the block. Now, bookings with Block Spans greater than 0 can be added without any issues.
