September 6th, 2022 Elentra Releases
Immediate Release
Released to production effective September 6th, 2022.
Rolling over Learning Events using “Copy Selected” will show accurately on the Learner View.
Previously, when rolling over learning events using the “Copy Selected” button for an upcoming cohort period under the same course, the event attendance tab would appear empty or would be linked to the incorrect cohort, leaving learners unable to view the event until the Admin updated each event to change the period and reassign the cohort. Now, when an Admin copies forward the event to a new course period, the event will default to the new specific period and remove the old course group.
New Improvement
Released to production effective September 12th, 2022.
AAMC CIR Standards and Enhancements
- AAMC CIR standards are updated to V.10 of medbiq standards V.10
- For more information on the V.10 standards, please see, https://www.medbiq.org/standards/curriculum-inventory
- The User Interface has been updated to be more user friendly
- Academic Levels and Learners are now grouped into one field.
- Previously, the Academic level and the Learners were separated into two fields. The users would have to check the academic level, select the students, and then select the level again once the student was added. Now, when adding the Learners, you can associate the academic level directly.
- Academic Levels and Learners are now grouped into one field.
- Users now have the option to enable a Level Feature. The Level Feature is disabled by default. When enabled, the Level Feature allows institutions another layer of organization for the curriculum representing the Year->Semester->Curriculum Period->Event/Course.
- If you are interested in enabling the Level Feature, please email support@elentra.com
