Release to Production effective November 12th, 2024.

Improved Assessment Expiry Date Display: The learner view for On-Demand Assessments now displays the expiry status showing “Expires on” when the assessment is still active. This update eliminates the previous issue where active assessments were marked with an incorrect “Expired” label but the correct expiry date.

'Load More Learners' Button Restored: In the A&E dashboard, the "Load More Learners" button has been restored at the bottom of the "My Learners" tab. Previously, the absence of this button prevented users from accessing the full list of learners, which is now fixed to improve navigation.

Streamlined Rotation Schedule Access for Program Coordinators: Previously, Program Coordinators continued to see Rotation Schedules in the Clinical Experience module for inactive assignments. This update refines access so that Program Coordinators now see only the Rotation Schedules for their active assignments, keeping their view up-to-date and focused on current responsibilities.
