NEW! Assessment Administrator Option
Grant individual faculty and staff access to assessment and evaluation data within an organization without assigning them system-wide administrator access. The new Administrators tab in Assessment & Evaluation Settings lets administrators with organizational editing permissions assign Assessment and Evaluation Administrators for their organization.

Previously, this level of access required the Medtech:Admin role, which applies across the entire system and cannot be restricted to a single organization.

Curriculum Version Displayed on the Learner Dashboard
The CBE learner dashboard now displays the learner’s curriculum version directly below the total assessment count. Program administrators, academic advisors, and competence committee members can quickly confirm the version when reviewing learner progress or managing curriculum versioning.

Aggregated Learner Report Exports and Selected Download Option
Addressed an issue in the Learner Reports (Aggregated) export where selecting "Download as one file" still produced a ZIP archive with separate files for each learner. With this update, exports now follow the selected option correctly, so choosing "Download as one file" delivers a single consolidated file while leaving it unchecked continues to provide separate learner files in a ZIP archive.

Editable End Dates and Times for Recurring Events
When creating a recurring event series, you can now edit and save the End Date and Time for each generated event. Previously, these fields used the first event’s duration.

Half-Point Exam Scoring
Exam questions assigned 0.5 points now save and display consistently in both the Questions and Adjust Scoring tabs.
