Learner Recall for On-Demand and Ad-Hoc Assessments 💡
With the new 'Learner Task Recall' setting enabled, learners can now recall an on-demand or ad-hoc assessment as long as the assessor has not yet opened the task. The Recall button appears on the pending card of the learner's view.
The workflow removes the task from the assessor’s list and moves it to the learner’s Deleted tab with the reason for deletion that they selected. Learners can correct tasks sent to the wrong assessor, linked to the wrong EPA, or sent by mistake—keeping assessors’ task lists clear and reducing cleanup requests for program staff.
