Embargo Notifications Enhancement: The Embargo Notifications functionality has been enhanced to give admins more precise control over who receives notifications. Admins can now specify which Program Coordinators or Program Directors should receive Embargo prompts by selecting from a drop-down menu of individuals associated with a course. While the checkboxes for both roles are optional, selecting them requires at least one individual to be chosen for the form to be saved. If no Program Coordinators or Program Directors are available, the respective checkbox is disabled, and a tooltip will inform users with a message that reads ‘No Program Coordinator (or Course Directors) associated with the Course’. These enhancements improve notification targeting and provide clearer guidance for selecting the appropriate recipients.
Triggered/Completed Assessments by Faculty Report Expansion: The report was expanded to meet course administrators' need for more comprehensive data and saved preferences. An option to include non-CBME tasks in the report has been added, and the start and end date preferences are automatically saved, eliminating the need for repetitive manual entry.
Improved Error Reporting for Assessment Submissions: The error reporting process was improved to prevent confusion caused by incompatible data submissions in assessment forms. Previously, users were not notified when entering text in numeric fields, resulting in incomplete assessments. Now, an error message is displayed when incorrect data is submitted, ensuring users are immediately informed and can correct mistakes before submission. This change enhances user experience and requires users to review and address any error messages during submission.
