Release to Production effective September 24th, 2024.
Organization Auto Switch for Assessors/Evaluators: Assessors and evaluators will now automatically be logged in to the relevant organization when accessing a task through a link, instead of remaining logged into their last session's organization. This ensures that users who belong to multiple organizations can easily access the task without needing to manually switch organizations, improving task navigation and saving time.
PDF Download Option for All Tasks: The "Select and click on the download PDF(s)" checkbox is now always available, even when additional tasks are loaded via the "Load more tasks" option in the Assessment tasks tab. Users can now easily download PDFs for all selected tasks, regardless of whether they were loaded initially or after clicking 'Load more tasks.' This improvement ensures a smoother and more efficient workflow when handling large task volumes.
Learner Assessment Report Export: We have resolved an issue where exporting multiple PDFs in the Learner Assessment report failed when “Download as one file” was unselected. Users can now successfully export and open multiple PDFs, ensuring smoother report generation and efficient access to learner data.
