This week’s updates improve clarity and consistency across gradebook spreadsheets, community announcements, and distributions. Filters are now easier to find, announcement content displays as intended, and distribution lists are cleaner and easier to navigate. Explore the full details below!
Access the Audience Filter in Gradebook Spreadsheet View
The Audience filter now consistently appears in Gradebook Spreadsheet View, including when only one audience is available. This makes it clear which audience you’re viewing and keeps the filtering experience consistent at standard browser zoom levels.

Keep Images and Text Intact in Community Announcements
Images added to community announcements now display as expected after the announcement is saved. Images remain visible without being cropped, and any text added after an image is preserved when you save and reopen the announcement for editing.
See Each Distribution Only Once
The Distributions list now displays each distribution only once when no course filter is applied, making the list cleaner and easier to review. Filtering by course continues to show the relevant distributions as expected.
