Elentra Production Release Effective September 1, 2026

Updates include improved filter usability in Gradebook, more consistent Learning Event times across time zones, clearer course unit selections when creating events, and fixes to Archived Absence Requests and Faculty Reporting. Gradebook Spreadsheet View Audience Filter Display
In some cases, the Audience filter dropdown in the Gradebook Spreadsheet view could be partially obscured at standard browser zoom levels. The dropdown now displays correctly, making all filter options accessible without needing to adjust browser zoom.

Learning Event Times Across Time Zones
Learning Event times could appear differently in Event Details and the Manage Events calendar for administrators in certain time zones. Event times now display consistently across both areas, regardless of the user's time zone.

Course Unit Dropdown in Learning Events 💡
When creating a new Learning Event, the Course Unit dropdown in the Setup tab now displays both the unit code and title, making it easier to identify and select the correct week or unit.

Archived Absence Requests
Addressed an issue in Manage Absences where the Archived Requests page could remain stuck loading and fail to display results. Archived absence requests now load and display as expected.

Faculty Report (Overview, Averaged)
Addressed an issue in the Faculty Report (Overview, Averaged) where faculty who had been assessed during the selected reporting period might not appear when browsing faculty. All applicable faculty now display correctly in the report results.
