Elentra Production Release Effective August 18, 2026
This release brings a range of updates designed to make everyday workflows in Elentra more efficient and intuitive. Highlights include site-linked preceptors surfaced directly within the booking workflow, more flexible rotation schedule exports, clearer exam CSV file names, and improvements to CBE objective displays, assessor profile previews, and PDF form formatting. NEW! Site-Linked Preceptors Now Surface During Booking
We are excited to put the relationships you have built between your sites and your preceptors to work inside the rotation schedule. When a site is added to a booking, the preceptors linked to that site are added to the preceptor pool. This makes it easier for coordinators to identify relevant preceptors and make placement decisions directly within the booking workflow, without needing to separately check which preceptors are associated with the selected site.
Export Filtered Rotation Schedule Bookings 💡
When exporting rotation schedule bookings to CSV, you can now choose to export only the bookings matching your current filters or all bookings in the rotation schedule. The filtered export option will display the number of active filters, so you can confirm the scope of your export before downloading. Apply any combination of site, rotation, status, or course group filters to quickly create a CSV containing exactly the bookings you need.

Exam CSV Exports Now Include Exam Name in File Name 💡
Exported CSV exam reports now include the exam name in the file name, making downloaded reports easier to identify and organize—especially when working across multiple exams. This update applies to Item Analysis, Learner Responses, Score Report, and View Activity CSV exports.

Improved Objective Display on the CBE Learner Dashboard
Addressed a layout issue on the CBE learner dashboard where expanded objective text could appear underneath the action icons on the right side. Objective text now displays fully and remains visible when CBE objectives are expanded.
Assessor Profile Photos and On-Demand EPA Initiation
Addressed an issue where an assessor’s profile photo did not appear when hovering over their name during on-demand EPA initiation. Uploaded assessor profile images now display as expected in the hover preview.

Improved Form Formatting in PDF Exports
PDF exports now more closely reflect the form layout displayed in Elentra, including column-based formatting where applicable, resulting in a more consistent presentation between the UI and exported PDF.
