This release delivers a series of enhancements focused on improving reporting, providing clearer system feedback, and creating a more intuitive user experience across Elentra. From expanded export data in the Outstanding Grade Report to improved messaging during schedule imports and better loading indicators for large datasets, these updates help users work more efficiently and with greater confidence. We've also included a preview of an upcoming enhancement to Clinical Experience, giving users an early look at what's coming next. Explore the full list of updates below!
Enhanced Outstanding Grade Report Exports
We've expanded the information available in the Outstanding Grade Report export to provide greater context and improve reporting workflows. Exported reports now include the learner name on every row, the initial submission date, and details identifying who authored each comment. These enhancements make it easier to review, filter, and analyze exported grading data.
Improvements to CSV Schedule Import Workflow in Clinical Experience
- Verification Messaging: To provide greater clarity during schedule imports, CSV imports now display a clear verification message after an import mode is selected and Next is clicked. While the file is being processed, import actions are temporarily disabled to prevent accidental duplicate submissions and confirm that the import is actively being prepared.
- Import Success Confirmation: Successful imports now display a dedicated confirmation message upon completion. Previously, the page would simply refresh without explicit feedback, making it less clear whether the import had been processed successfully.
Better Loading Experience for Managing Locations
We have improved the loading experience on the Manage Locations page for institutions with large numbers of locations. This provides a more intuitive experience when working with larger datasets.

Upcoming Release
New Preceptors View (Preview)
We're excited to introduce a new Preceptors View page, coming soon to Clinical Experience. This new view will provide a centralized way to review preceptor bookings across rotation schedules, organized by preceptor rather than by learner.
Users will be able to see each preceptor's booking count and expand records to view scheduling details, including rotations, dates, learners, sites, and booking status. Information is generated from existing Elentra data, helping coordinators quickly understand current supervision commitments when making placement decisions.
The Preceptor View page will launch as an early Preview, allowing us to gather feedback through a short survey directly within the page and continue refining the experience based on input from the users who rely on it most.
