Expanded Course Group Creation Workflows with New API Support
We're excited to introduce expanded API capabilities for Course Groups — giving administrators and integrators a faster, more flexible way to build and manage their course structures.
Course Groups and Course Group Members can now be created and managed directly through the Import Module API, joining the existing support for users and user details, curriculum periods, and course and cohort details. This means your team can automate Course Group setup end-to-end, without relying on manual entry or file uploads through the Elentra UI.
The result? Less time spent on repetitive data entry, fewer opportunities for input errors, and a smoother path to getting your courses up and running at scale.
Easier Review of Booking Import Changes
Reviewing booking imports is now more efficient with a new Show Only Affected Learners option available during import preview.
When enabled, the preview displays only learners whose schedules will be updated by the import file, while temporarily hiding learners with no changes. This makes it easier to focus on the updates that matter, particularly when working with large imports where only a small number of learners are affected.
Administrators can toggle this view on or off at any time to switch between reviewing impacted learners and the full roster.
CBE Learner Dashboard Display
The CBE Learner Dashboard has been updated to provide a cleaner and more streamlined experience. A blank display area that previously appeared beside dashboard scales has been removed, improving visual clarity and helping learners focus on the information most relevant to their progress.
