Enhanced Support Ticket Tracking Experience
Your feedback matters, and we are excited to bring it to life with this latest update. You will notice an update to the Elentra Support Portal, including refreshed status labels when viewing your support tickets. These changes are designed to provide clearer visibility into:
- When your request is being reviewed
- When work is actively underway
- When additional input is needed from you
- When a request has been completed
There is no action required on your part, and existing tickets will automatically reflect the new statuses. This update moves us forward in delivering a clearer, more responsive, and more valuable support experience. Thank you for your continued partnership as we continue to work on enhancing your experience with Elentra.
Assessment & Evaluation Dashboard Visibility
The Assessment & Evaluation Dashboard now displays outstanding and completed on-demand assessment tasks, supporting improved visibility into assessment progress.
