View your user profile information & adjust your preferences

User Profile
Users can view information about themselves (some they can edit, some they can't) through their My Elentra ME Profile. From anywhere in Elentra, click on your Person icon to begin.
Click "My Profile"
From the "Personal Information" tab, you will be able to view & edit some of your personal information.
Faculty users may be required by their institution to select "I consent to audio and video capture of my lectures." to enable Elentra's automated lecture capture feature.

ptionally, Click "Upload Photo" to add your own photo to your Elentra profile. This will be stored as the "Uploaded" photo. The official photo must be uploaded by an administrator.
From the Account Information tab, click "Change My Password:" to update your Elentra password. Note, if you login to Elentra using SSO, this feature will not update your SSO login password.
Click the "Current Password:" and add your current password. Then add your new password to "New Password" and "Confirm Password". Click "Update" to save.
Click "Save Profile" to apply any changes you've made.
Privacy Preferences
Users will be prompted to set their privacy preferences the first time they log in to Elentra. They can be adjusted at any time by navigating to your person icon > Privacy Preferences.
Profile information will display in course websites, communities, and other areas of Elentra.
Note: If “Typical Profile”, or “Complete Profile“ is chosen, or the currently logged in user is a community administrator (regardless of the user’s privacy preference), the contact information will be displayed.
Notification Preferences
Your notification preferences can be adjusted by navigating to your person icon > Notification Preferences.
Active Notifications
Search for and delete any active notifications from here. Active Notifications usually includes any comment and discussion threads a user signed up for from a learning event.
Community Notifications
Enable or disable community notifications here.
