Roll Over Capabilities in Portfolios 2.0 

The recent launch of Portfolios 2.0 brings exciting new features that we are actively developing. In addition to introducing enhanced role capabilities, we are also focusing on implementing roll-over capabilities to streamline the process of creating portfolios for various curriculum periods. Keep an eye out for updates on the release date of the roll-over capabilities to enhance your portfolio creation process!

Here's what will go live

In our latest updates, we will be implementing the following enhancements:

Restored Notifications for Restricted Days

• Notifications for events scheduled on restricted days working as expected. Users will receive timely notifications to prevent scheduling conflicts, enhancing planning efficiency.

Enhanced Rotation-Based Assessments

• If a sub-discipline and/or site information is associated with a booking in a rotation, this information is displayed in the rotation information section of the assessment form improving assessment clarity and accuracy.

User Interface Improvements

• Rotation schedules now accurately display all learners and their bookings, while the Assessment & Evaluation module has been optimized to ensure all form items for the current organization are loaded correctly. Additionally, the 'Teaching Report by Faculty Members (hourly)' functionality has been stabilized to generate uninterrupted reports, enabling seamless data-driven decision-making.
