New Features and Capabilities (Available June 30, 2025)

Learner Self-Recorded Attendance

• Learners can now mark themselves present or request absences for designated learning events.
• This new ability empowers Institutions to track attendance for online Learning Events, and to increase operational efficiency for scenarios in which Learner-reported attendance is appropriate by shifting attendance-taking to the Learner.

PIN Reset for Faculty

• Assessors can now reset their PIN instantly without needing to log in to Elentra or contact an administrator.
• This new capability enables Assessors to quickly regain access to secure assessments, reducing barriers to assessment task completion in fast-paced clinical settings.

Import Grader-Learner Relationships

• Admins can now import grader-learner assignments for Gradebook assessments.
• This enhancement helps Administrative users build assessments for courses with higher Learner enrollment quickly, increasing operational efficiency.

Improvements

Smoother Rotation Scheduling in Clinical Experience

• Addressed an issue that caused page loading delays in the Clinical Experience module when entering custom end dates.
• Admins can now enter custom dates without experiencing page disruptions, improving scheduling efficiency.

Resolved Lecture Capture Error Message

• Resolved an issue where a Lecture Capture error message appeared when saving learning events, even though Lecture Capture was not in use.
• Learning Event edits now save without unnecessary warnings.
  

Multi-Select Answer Persistence in Exams

• Addressed an issue where multi-select answers did not save after resuming exams that were using a lock down browser integration.
• Now, all selected answers persist across exam sessions ensuring a smooth examination experience.
