Release to Production effective November 5th, 2024.
Learner Calendar Download Improvements: The "Download All Event Files" button on the learner calendar now respects file visibility and timed release settings, providing learners with only the files currently available to view (Learn more about Bulk Download Event Files in the Elentra Help Center). Previously, hidden files were included in the download package, potentially causing confusion. This enhancement ensures that downloads accurately reflect the intended visibility of files linked to each learning event.
Thank you to Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine who reported the above issue and provided feedback to help us ensure a better experience for all users.
Learner User Profile and Enrollments: We have made improvements to Learner User Profiles to help admins manage enrollment data more effectively. We have added a new subsection under Educational Details titled Course Structure which contains course-specific details organized by:
- Course
- Curriculum Period
- Course Enrolment
- Cohort
- Course Group
These improvements streamline workflows, making it easier for admins to spot-check imports and adjust group assignments efficiently.
