Getting Started with the Elentra Mobile App

Students and Faculty can use the Elentra mobile app to view their Elentra calendar, complete forms, and more!

Introduction to Elentra Mobile

The Elentra Mobile app is available for Android and iOS. The app currently supports the following functionalities:
  • View learning event calendars. To learn how to view the calendar go to the Elentra Mobile App: Notices & Calendar knowledge base article.
  • View notices. To learn how to view notices in the mobile app go to the Elentra Mobile App: Notices & Calendar knowledge base article.
  • As a learner in a logbook enabled course/program, log new entries and view/edit previous entries. To learn how to use the logbook in the mobile app go to Elentra Mobile App: Logbook knowledge base article.
  • As a faculty or learner, complete assessments & evaluations that have been delivered. To learn how to view & complete forms from the assessment & evaluation module in the mobile app go to the Elentra Mobile App: Forms knowledge base article.
  • As a faculty or learner, initiate new assessments on demand (excludes Smart Tag forms). This functionality is only available for CBE-enabled organizations. 

Note: There are no administrative functions within the Elentra Mobile App at this time.

Download the Mobile App

You can access the Elentra mobile app on both Android and iOS devices. To download the mobile app on your device do the following,

For iOS:

Step 1: From your iOS device, navigate to the Apple app store.  

Step 2: Search for Elentra Mobile App & download to your device.  Be sure you are using the Elentra Cloud version with the blue logo.

For Android:

Step 1: From your Android device, navigate to the Google Play store. 

Step 2: Search for Elentra Mobile App & download to your device.  Be sure you are using the Elentra Cloud version with the blue logo.

Login to your Elentra Organization

Step 1: Open the Elentra Mobile App on your device. 

Step 2: Enter your full Elentra URL (including https://), then click Proceed to Sign In

Step 3: If your school requires you to login using SSO, click on the Single Sign On button.  You will be directed to a browser-based login screen where you can login using your SSO credentials. 

Step 4: If your school does not require you to login using SSO, you can enter your username & password, then click on Sign In.

Settings Menu

The settings menu can be accessed by selecting the hamburger icon at the bottom right of the app menu. From here, you can sign out of Elentra, navigate to other app pages, or switch your organization or role.

To switch to a different role or organization, open the Settings menu, then select Organisation (Group).

Now, choose the role to which you'd like to transition.

Note: You must refresh each app page after switching to a different role or organization for the data to load.
