Download and add your course calendars to your preferred calendar provider

Course Calendar Overview

Warning: Elentra cannot guarantee the frequency of Elentra calendar data refreshing in third-party calendar applications.  We advise using the Elentra desktop or mobile application calendar for real-time updates. If choosing to use a third-party tool, we recommend using a tool that allows users to initiate data syncing from imported calendars. 

To export a course calendar, navigate to your main Dashboard tab.  Click on the Subscribe to Calendar button, below the calendar.

A selector window will appear:

Select Individual Course Calendar then select the course calendar you want to export. Toggle the Subscribe/Download button to Download, then click on Download Calendar.

Add to Outlook

  1. In Outlook, select File Open & ExportImport/Export.

  2. In Import and Export Wizard box, select Import an iCalendar (.ics)orvCalendar file (.vcs),and then Next.

  3. Select the downloaded course calendar file from your PC and select OK.

  4. Select Open as New. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.

Add to Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
  3. In the menu on the left, click Import & Export.
  4. Click Select file from your computer and select the file you exported. The file should end in .ics or .csv
  5.  Choose which calendar to add the imported events to.
    • By default, events are imported into your primary calendar.
  6. Click Import.

Add to iCalendar

  1. Go to Preferences>Import/Export.
  2. In the Import section File field, browse to locate the calendar .ics file to import.
  3. Select the destination for this file. Select an existing calendar or create a calendar to import the file. Click OK.
  4. Click Import.
  5. Click OK.
